Called Duval ford on 12-30-13 told them my AC unit was putting out hot air like the heater was on scheduled an appointment for 12-31-136 arrived at 8:00 A.M. vehicle was taken back rep reported to me that putting out hot air like the heater was on scheduled an appointment for 12-31-136 arrived at 8:00 A.M. vehicle was taken back rep reported to me that a switch and sensor was bad and part was in stock and would be replaced at no cost to me as it was under warranty . I have taken my Fusion in for oil changes and other scheduled services and have always been treated great.
