He took us on a test drive even though the dealership was closing for the evening. He never made us feel rushed, although I'm sure he was ready to get home to his family. I was very happy with the overall process. We had visited a lot of other dealerships, and it was refreshing to have someone down to earth help us. I purchased my car (fusion) 4 years ago and have continued to take my car there for service. I live on the north side of town, no where near the dealership. I give 5 stars on all of the above questions because not once did I have to worry about David leading me towards a different car than what I inquired about online. I know he worked very hard to get me into my 2006 Dodge Magnum due to minor issues on my credit but Bob and him made it happen.He was very straight forward, friendly and knew what he was talking about. Signing the paperwork with Brian and any questions I had he didn't hesitate to answer. He provided me with the best extended warranty that could be purchased. At first I was like no I don't think I want to pay that much for a car note but it will help and pay off for having that top warranty in the long run. I enjoyed my experience at Duval Ford even the other sales reps who I didn't have to work with very closely were very friendly and welcoming. More
