Dalton was our service advisor, Dylan and Leo were the mobile technicians, Tammy called with the bad news (the amount to fix our vehicle), and Donna was the vallet. They were all so very nice to us, and mobile technicians, Tammy called with the bad news (the amount to fix our vehicle), and Donna was the vallet. They were all so very nice to us, and kept us informed every step of the way. Friendly staff and service was completed in reasonable amount of time. Also, received electonic notification when service was complete. The only suggestion for training purposes is the oil monitor system amount of time. Also, received electonic notification when service was complete. The only suggestion for training purposes is the oil monitor system was not reset and instead of filling the oil with 15 quarts (capacity per Ford manual), the truck was filled with 13 quarts (I verified via oil dip stick and added two quarts to fill mark).
