The Worst Experience!!!! This had to be the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I was out to purchase my very first car. Three customers that was there for service on This had to be the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I was out to purchase my very first car. Three customers that was there for service on their cars talked me out of it. I'm so grateful for those folks. The salesman I had to walk me around to choose my car left me as if he was in such a hurry to be done with me. I mentioned to him I had knee problems an he was all over the parking lot without me. This was a very unorganized location. Please folks think twice before stopping by this place for a new or used car!!! More
TERRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE I dropped my car off for an 11am appt to have a diagnostic check for chirping noise that I believed to be a belt issue. When I arrived I was notified I dropped my car off for an 11am appt to have a diagnostic check for chirping noise that I believed to be a belt issue. When I arrived I was notified that a shuttle service was not offered even though their website says otherwise. I later learned that they offer a shuttle service, but their driver was off that day. So instead of explaining this to me, I was blatantly lied to. I spent $30 in uber fare to go back to work and come back when the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car up, Ralph the service advisor handed me a doc on a clipboard and my receipt to sign. When he noticed that the clipboard doc had already been signed he said my signature wouldn't be necessary. I NEVER signed anything upon drop off. They forged my signature to some unknown document. I also had them to do my state inspection and I was told there was a light out that would cost $30 to fix. I agreed and the next morning my right head light was not working. When I called about the issue I was told it was unrelated to the light that they changed during the inspection and I would have to pay for the part but the labor would be free. They didn't charge me for a diagnostic. Instead they said my issue was a steering wheel cupling recall. I asked them to test drive the vehicle after fixing the recall to make sure that was the issue and I know they didn't because my mileage never changed and now I am still having the chirping noise issue. When I called to address all of my issues with the Service Manager the next day it took 4 transfers and a call back for me to finally get to him. Instead of taking concern with the lack of service I was dealt. He talked about his technician having 14 years of experience. I filed a complaint with Kia corporate at 1-800-333-4542 and the call center agent was very helpful. I am hoping for a reimbursement on my uber fees and a free repair of my front right headlight. I also want them to prove that a new light was acutally put in yesterday or refund that part of my transaction as well. I will be giving an update on this post when I hear back. More
ONCE SOLD, ON YOUR OWN..READ BEFORE SIGNING ust about the sale, Manager or Owner Daryl seems pleasant but has no control or no clue of his staff. That or he doesn't care after the sale. Couldn't get in contact with salesman after sale. 1.Was told when financing if i wasn't going to give a good review don't he rather we didn't give one. ( in a nice way..huh?!) We were asked for a payment date we preferred to be called in a week later and asked to resign paperwork for a lesser rate, which turned out to be a sooner due date. 2. Was told oil changes came with the NEW car, for a matter of time. To find out today. It was only the first one! NOT WHAT WAS TOLD! 3. Then, WAIT WAIT,,,,,,HERE IS THE BIGGY....I called to speak to Daryl the Manager, The FIRST time they hung up on me. THE SECOND time, i hung up it to so long, THIS TIME, They kept me on hold for (30 MINUTES) I screen shot it, THEN,,,,i went online to submit a contact met message in there website and someone CALLED ME BACK WHILE I WAS STILL ON HOLD (within 3 MINUTES) I told him i was on there other line and had been waiting for a manger. He tried to get me to buy another care (huh) AND Once on the same page, said he would have Daryl call me right back.......wow wow wow......BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE....THEY WILL GET YOU A CAR THEN GIVE YOU THE BOOT! *Service Department was Pleasant..Thank you More

He made sure my old Soul was serviced properly, but did not try to up-sell me parts that I did not need. In summary, I have had a good experience with each visit. More
