Jackson met us in lot and was very personable. He showed me and I my husband several KIA's. We decided on the Forte. He was very knowledgeable about this particular car. After the papers were signed and we had our new KIA Forte, Jackson drove us home and has called several times to be sure that we are happy with our new Forte. Yes we are very happy with our choice. Your survey only has a GREAT rating but my husband and I would rate Jackson as excellent and an asset to KIA South. This is the second KIA we have purchased from KIA south and the first purchase was not as enjoyable as the present purchase.
