It's black with a dragon design on the hood and rear deck. Great gas mileage, fun to drive sharp car. We both love her car. I was on my 5th Volkswagen and was a die hard VW fan through 13 years. After having to put this one in the shop for a second major engine repair in less than a month, and over 117000 miles. I decided it was time to try something new. I went to Kia met George, who showed me a 2012 Kia Soul Exclaim they had taken in trade for a 2014 Soul. I liked the car a lot, but I told him I was gonna take a last look at VW just to make sure. I came back later on in that week, sat down with George and Daryl. 2 hours later I drove out with my own Kia Soul. Mine is a 2012 Kia Soul Exclaim. This car is loaded with everything. It came with two tone heated leather interior, satellite radio, cd player, ipod mp 3, satellite navigation, touch screen, push button start stop, blue tooth, back up camera, power windows door locks mirrors sunroof, and 18 inch wheels. I am absolutely crazy about this car. I didn't even test drive it, until I drove it home. Having driven my wife's car over the 3 years she' had hers, I knew it would be good. I can't say enough about the customer service they provided at Kia, everything I asked for they got me. They worked the deal until it was something I was completely comfortable with. Now we are a 2 Kia family, I recommend them to everyone I know. My friends are surprised to see the quality and features that I have in my Kia. I know my wife and I will be Kia owners for a long time. More

After being in the market for a vehicle for a couple of months, having my credit ran constantly, on top of wasting money on rental cars. Fortunately I was referred to Folger Kia on S.Blvd and worked with P months, having my credit ran constantly, on top of wasting money on rental cars. Fortunately I was referred to Folger Kia on S.Blvd and worked with Paul and Marcus. Paul showed me great customer service with picking out my vehicle and Marcus with staying within my budget. As I am a first time buyer, this dealership was straight to the point, provided me with the vehicle I need, and gave me a car payment that was not over whelming. I would recommend this dealership to every first time buyer. More
I ordered a small part for my Kia Spectra. When I brought the car in to have it installed, Ralph from the service department assisted me. I informed him about the part, he found it in his system, and brought the car in to have it installed, Ralph from the service department assisted me. I informed him about the part, he found it in his system, and then indicated he was going to speak with one of the mechanics to get a price quote. I was in the customer lounge when he called me into the garage area. Both Ralph and the mechanic told me that for the $40 part I purchased, it would cost me between $200 and $300 to have it installed, and with no real value added to the car. They recommended I not go through with the installation and instead, refund my money for the part. Wow!! Imagine a car dealership being honest enough to tell a customer the truth; secondly, to save them money; thirdly, to allow a woman to speak with a mechanic (which I would prefer doing) and lastly to do it with respect and courtesy! The other Kia dealership I have been dealing with would have installed the part, and then socked me with a $250 bill, no questions asked, and never would have even considered letting me speak with one of their mechanics. I was so impressed, I told Ralph and the two wonderful ladies in the cashier's office that while it's less convenient for me to drive to Kia South, I was going to make it happen. Thanks so much, Ralph! Oh, and I like your sense of humor, too! More

My sales person was Ricardo Espinal and I really liked him. He got me exactly what I was looking for and I had been to several dealers. He was specific and detailed and was as happy as I was when my new him. He got me exactly what I was looking for and I had been to several dealers. He was specific and detailed and was as happy as I was when my new Kia Optima. He called me on my anniversary date to make sure I still loved my Kia Optima and I do. I always drove a big large SUV and this car was a change for me but I wanted an economical car that could take the dirt roads and had great looks and gas mileage. It has a great system for mapping properties and going alot of miles in the real estate business and the trunk storage area is tremendous. Thanks for a great sales person, He wasn't high pressure but went out to find me my car and had it in right on time. I like his personality and his friendliness and willingness to help. And calls me on my anniversary date.....that's really good service. More
I leased a 2013 Kia Optima from this dealership back in February of this year (2013). I had the good fortune of stopping by this dealership on my way to purchase a new VW Jetta down the street. I worked with Seneca Robinson and instantly fell in love with the Optima he showed to me. The value of the car is unbeatable! Seneca has been incredible to work with and you can tell he definitely cares about his customers. He knows me on a first name basis and even washed my girlfriends car while we were finishing up the paperwork at the dealership! Credit is also due to one of their sales managers. I believe his name is Larry. It is evident that he puts a lot of time and energy into cultivating a friendly dealership with great customer service! I would definitely recommend BOTH the product and the service that you can get here! More
On December 10,2012 my wife and I had the best car buying experience at Folger Kia South! Soon we exited our car Darol was the first person to greet us. He was genuine and on our side. We didn't feel pressured at all and he appreciated the fact that my wife did her research on the 2013 Kia Soul! We asked to speak to the manager and he also came out friendly as ever and willing to help us out in any way. We were already financed with a blank check in hand when we came in for a visit. Both Darol and the manager made sure we purchased the car at the exact price we wanted!! Prior to our visit we went to Folger Kia East! They were the typical dealership....the saleswoman was inexperienced, she did not know what to do with us because we did not need "their" financing. They tried to rob us on price but, we weren't budging because we knew exactly what we wanted to spend. East also tried to lower price by us NOT accepting the "free tv" they offered to customers purchasing a new car that month. Needless to say once we entered Kia South we were very frustrated but Darol made us feel a lot better and they were extremely fast and accurate....we were in and out with our brand new 2013 Soul in 45 minutes! We recommend Folger Kia South! ALL of the staff made my wife and I feel like family! More
I rated the customer service as "good" and not I rated the customer service as "good" and not "great" because when i bought my 2013 Kia Soul I wanted to transfer my license plate from my old vehic I rated the customer service as "good" and not "great" because when i bought my 2013 Kia Soul I wanted to transfer my license plate from my old vehicle to my new one, and they told me I would have to wait for my new plate to come in, and then send it to the DMV to switch it. which I now know is not true, they could've done that at your dealership.
