We set up a time to meet and agreed to buy the car within the hour. They had the best price from all the research we had done and it was a Certified Used Car to boot. Very easy transaction. Top of Line Service - cant get any better than that ! Recently, I had to take my Honda CR-V in for an oil change. Over the past few months I have been searching for a Town and Country Used Van. Since I Recently, I had to take my Honda CR-V in for an oil change. Over the past few months I have been searching for a Town and Country Used Van. Since I was visiting the lot, I thought I search their website and check out the used vehicles. I was excited to see the selection available, but in particularly the used 2010 T&C that was very attractive. I took the liberty of visiting the showroom and was immediately approached by Mike Procaccio. I told him what I'd been looking for and he suggested I test drive a few of the vans, which I did. It gave me a sense of how the vehicle drove and allowed me to play around with the many features the vehicle had to offer. Mike reviewed the car fax with me and was able to answer all my questions and if he didnt know the answer, he was able to find out for me. After several negotiations, Mike, Chris and myself came to an agreement that worked out for everyone. I was able to trade -in my vehicle at a fair price and purchase the used T&C and keep my payments the same. Mike had my back all the way and worked with his manager to get me to a price that I would be happy with and could afford in my "single-mom" budget. They also were able to shop around and get me the best interest rate to assist with keeping my payments in the range I needed. Every little bit helps and they went over and beyond to work out the deal. I was smiling big this morning driving to work - like a kid with a new toy. Thank you Mike for going to bat for me, you were awesome to work with and I appreciate all you did to help with closing the deal. It was definitely a team effort and I'm very appreciative :) I will enjoy my van for many years to come and certainly will tell all my friends about the positive wonderful experience I had working with Duncan Honda and all their staff. Excellent continued customer service..months after purchase I contacted the Internet Sales Consultant, Julie Felix, who sold me a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I have had issues with the Bluetooth in this vehicle s I contacted the Internet Sales Consultant, Julie Felix, who sold me a 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I have had issues with the Bluetooth in this vehicle since soon after purchase. I called Julie and she promptly returned my call and listened to the connection between my iPhone 5s and Accord. She agreed that the connection was less than ideal and immediately took the phone back to the service manager (Mike Williams) for him to hear. Julie helped to coordinate an appointment for the Accord the very next day. Mike Williams was very helpful and Patrick (technician) looked at the car, and with the help of Honda, determined that the Bluetooth module needed to be replaced. The module (which incidentally was the whole radio) was replaced early this week. Julie checked in with me the day after I picked up the car to see if the Bluetooth was improved (she knew this was essentially for work). The Bluetooth was worse than when I dropped off the car and Julie went immediately to service to see what the next steps would be. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth issue is caused through software issues between the Accord and iPhone and cannot be fixed. While I am disappointed with Honda, I am beyond pleased with Duncan's Hokie Honda and Julie Felix. Julie Felix went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. Duncan's Hokie Honda should do whatever is needed to ensure her continued employment, because when I trade this Accord in (which I will do as soon as Honda or Acura make a vehicle that plays well with the IPhone) I will go to whatever dealership is lucky enough to have Julie. Sales consultants like her and what bring customers back to dealerships time and time again. Thank you to Julie and Duncan's Hokie Honda! More
