Finally, just a few weeks ago he searched for me the exact car I was looking for and found one. I told him I didn't want to get one from another dealer due to a previous situation where a car was driven in and damaged. He agreed and we started the process of ordering the car from the factory. After a few days he contacted me and told me he found a dealer that had the exact same car on order and if I was OK with it he would get that car. Picked the car up yesterday. So far, great. More

Excellent service experience Thank you to Duncan's Hokie Honda for yet another terrific experience. I contacted my salesperson (Julie Felix) when the tires on my 2014 Honda Accor Thank you to Duncan's Hokie Honda for yet another terrific experience. I contacted my salesperson (Julie Felix) when the tires on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport were making a loud noise and riding rough. She worked quickly with service (Mike Williams) to determine that the tires were "cupped" (more than likely from the insane amount of driving I do on back roads that twist and turn). Julie informed me that the tires would need to be replaced and when I told her that I needed to make sure that the best possible tires were put on the car, she spoke to Mike Williams and I was given a fair price on Michelin Primacy tires (their price was lower than Sams, Costco, and any other tires shop in the area). Julie worked to coordinate with service so the tires could be put on the car early in the morning so I could have it back in time to drive to work. In addition, time was made for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I appreciate the fact that the service department was up front with me and told me that my car did not need to be aligned. My past experience with other tire replacements has been that an alignment is done no matter what. But, Patrick (the mechanic) said the alignment was not necessary at this time and saved me money that was needed to help pay for the tires. Thank you once again to Julie Felix, Mike Williams, and Patrick. It is because of service like this that I continue to come back to Duncan's Hokie Honda! More
