Excellent experience having my car serviced. I took my car on a Saturday morning to the dealership without appointment. The staff was friendly and took my car in right away. They told me it'd take about an hour since there were several cars ahead of me, but it only took a little more than 30 minutes. It was fast and I'm very happy with the service. More
Understaffed or Just Overwhelmed? I have not had the opportunity to do business with this dealership in a long time. I've called three times over two weeks and each time, after the expected these days period of robot call la-la-land, an operator finally answers and says somebody will have to call me back (still waiting).
