Delivery details are arranged and executed correctly and as expected. Anything I've identified at delivery that was not to my expectation was promptly addressed. Post sale service and support is excellent from maintenance to repairs, parts and body shop work. There is another Ford dealer that is a little closer to me but not in the same class as Duncan. My most recent vehicle purchase of a Ford Raptor was at MSRP. Many dealers are charging above (often significantly so) MSRP for this vehicle. Honest and fair pricing means a lot. More

Frustrating We ordered a 2017 transit connect wagon on November 4,2016. We were told that it might be delivered before Christmas (a bit of hyperbole). The car was available for pickup on April 12,2017....a 5 month wait. The salesman and sales manager were as frustrated with the delay as we were. However, we can't understand why the delay occurred, and the apparent inability of Ford to adequately explain the reasons. I could go into detail on the many conversations we had with the sales staff, but at this point it doesn't really matter. More

First time car buying made easy We had an idea of what we were looking for when we went into Duncan looking for our new car. I emailed the dealership the VIN of the car I wanted to see, they made sure it was ready up front by the time we arrived. Mike Barnett greeted us outside and introduced us to our sales representative, Steve Price, who was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles, personable, and didn't give us the run around we had experienced at other dealerships. We felt like Steve was working to get us the best deal he could. Steve accompanied me over to the financing office where he introduced me to Justin Lane. Justin made the financing process quick and painless. I spent a total of 15 minutes in the finance office signing forms, while I was there Steve was making sure that the car was gassed up and road ready. Since the purchase was completed so late in the evening he let us bring it back for a cleaning and check-up over the weekend. The car buying experience can be daunting with so many options and high-pressure sales tactics, you don't experience that at Duncan. They make sure you get everything you want in a vehicle, and if they don't have it they will go out of their way to find it for you. We will be back. More
Good sales/negotiations; Delivery - not so good. But overall experience with sales was good. At financing, Justin found the VIN# was incorrect and had to be corrected. Was contacted by sales, that "proof of residency" (Sheriff of Tazewell signed gun permit) was not adequate, 6 days after purchase. Also, the registration reflects Model as CX-5 not CX-9. (I will correct with DMV myself) The Sirius radio had to be established & activated by customer 3 days after delivery of automobile. According to Sirius Tech, the account was "established" but not "activated". This took almost an hour to complete, since I did not know that the radio ID could not be obtained if Bluetooth was running on vehicle. I was told that I could come in "anytime" (during service hours) to have my Remote Start installed; when I attempted to make an apt, I was told the part had to be ordered and I would be notified when the part was at the dealership. I am currently 6 hours away from the area and arrangements are difficult. Not what I expected. More
