Great First-Time Experience with Steve Akers I initially went to Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda to ask about and, in all probability, buy a used Scion tC that I saw on an online listing. (Un)fortunate I initially went to Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda to ask about and, in all probability, buy a used Scion tC that I saw on an online listing. (Un)fortunately for me, it was off the lot being serviced! However, Steve showed me to a pretty much like-new 2014 Ford Focus ST that they had just gotten on the lot, and boy was I glad that the tC was never there to begin with. Steve kept me comfortable every step of the way, from taking it out for a spin, explaining the financing and pricing options (with Shawn's help), and being patient with an apprehensive first-time buyer. It was a great to see the myth of sleazy used-car salesmen busted first-hand, Steve was a stand-up salesman who never tried to take advantage of me. He talked me through the whole way, and overall I was very impressed. Finally, the price I got the car for was amazing... the high-end trim level of a like-new car, for a Ford Certified Used price, along with the extra warranty. Great deal that I couldn't turn down. I was most pleased they Terrence did not play the old "you wait here while I speak with my manager" game. He did have to speak with him on the phone a couple of times and checked the internet a couple of times, but that is just part of doing what needs to be done. Terrence was most gracious in working with my wife and I and explaining all of the features and benefits and made us feel that he was trying to get us the best price.
