Bunch of scam artists I know this will be the last time we purchase a vehicle from Duncan. We traded for a 2010 Ford F250 Xlt diesel. And it has been nothing but a headache I know this will be the last time we purchase a vehicle from Duncan. We traded for a 2010 Ford F250 Xlt diesel. And it has been nothing but a headache there has been no maintenance done to it as far as fuel filters plus I has to replace the starter, water pjmp, and now I found out it was sold with a blown head gasket. Never again will I go here or recommend to anyone else😡 More

Hot rod Lincoln Was an easy transition from my 2016 to a 2018. I'm happy with everything in dealing too driving away in a Lincoln Continental! Great shopping experience I did not go in to buy a car, but had a question about my old fusion, which I bought there in 2007. They must have seen me coming because the very car I wanted was at the door! I talked with Steve Akers about the car. It did not have a navigation system, which was important to me. Steve got the exact car (with navigation system). from another dealer. Had it the next day. Steve was great in his manner, his help, his explanation on using the system and his patience with me in trying to understand the working of the system! He called several days later to follow up. Shawn Taylor was also very helpful in the financing of the car. Very pleasant and easy to work with him. A great experience! More

Stay away, stay away I was taken to the cleaners, raked over the hottest of coals on my purchase from this dealership. At some point you would think morales would be in play but not when greed has taken over. They are only hurting themselves at the end of the day!
