not buy from them again the salesman was our friend until they had the check in their hand. problem with ford is they not build the autos proper. had to do lots adjustments c the salesman was our friend until they had the check in their hand. problem with ford is they not build the autos proper. had to do lots adjustments cause the lights didn't line up from body to trunk this is a 2016 focus sedan. looks lil. better but still not like should be and ford stands by Duncan and Duncan by ford. sales person only cares about is the ratings he gets. After a disappointing experience, they made it right. We went to dealership at 530pm with appointment and financing preapproval with Capital One. We waited for 15 minutes before being told the lady we mad We went to dealership at 530pm with appointment and financing preapproval with Capital One. We waited for 15 minutes before being told the lady we made the appointment with had already left for the day. That set the tone for the evening. We didn't leave dealership until 930 with a dirty car and a promised tank of gas. Financing took so long, they financed at 'worst case' rates that would be submitted days later. The car was not detailed what so ever with the sales person saying 'they lack in that department due to simply not having the room'. Salesman were to give us a full tank of gas as we live an hour way, only for 'pumps to be off, next time you are out this way come see me and I will get you a full tank'. Overall disappointing experience. Had I not received a good deal on the vehicle itself we would have walked. UPDATE: Since the review was originally posted the salesman contacted us to make everything right. They vacuumed and wiped the car out, and gave us a new programmed key fab for spare key ring. They were very persistent to make things right once they saw we were truly unhappy. We greatly appreciated Peter going out of his way. More

Although what we went looking for was not immediately on the lot, Ellie assisted us in finding exactly the car we needed to meet our needs. Shawn was a delight to meet and work with in the financing department...if financing can be fun! We had had our Ford 500 for over 11 years so it was very emotional to let go of a vehicle that had so many memories , Ellie took the time to call and check the next day to make sure I was okay. I have never had a dealership to go that extra mile. I would highly recommend Duncan and look forward to dealing with them again in the future, they are worth the drive. More

Make House Calls Kathryn and Derrick Lang from Duncan Ford drove out to my house to help me program my old garage door opener to my new Mustang. Two PhD's in Biochemi Kathryn and Derrick Lang from Duncan Ford drove out to my house to help me program my old garage door opener to my new Mustang. Two PhD's in Biochemistry couldn't figure it out, but they did with some help from other members of the Ford team. When I bought my last car, another brand from a large nearby dealership, the sales team would not even answer a simple question about the navigation system after I had paid for the car. They referred me to the service department. What a difference! I will tell everyone within seven counties about the great people at Duncan Ford. More
