I had Infiniti service coupons which I asked about and it took a while to get an explanation. When I was called that the car was ready I mentioned the coupons again and it took some more time to work through that and get it worked into the bill. When my wife went to pick up the car she was given a hard time about the coupons. When she tried to ask some questions about the $2,300 service the guy said everything was checked out, then turned and walked away without giving my wife the opportunity to conclude the discussion. She thought he was rude and disrespectful. I called him back yesterday afternoon, left a message, but as of today no response. Never heard back form Mike either. More
