Lack of attention to detail I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned truck that had multiple issues within 1 week of ow I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned truck that had multiple issues within 1 week of ownership. The issues were very apparent right after I purchased it and the service departments lack of attention to detail or carelessness is definitely a factor. Further more, I went in with a pre-approved letter from my local credit union. I was asked if the dealership could run my credit to get me a better deal. I respectively declined and requested to go with my own credit unions offer. Once I sat down to sign my loan documents, the gentleman in finance told me that he ran my credit through other financial institutions to try and get me a better deal. The dealerships lack of communication has now negatively impacted my credit score. Lastly, I purchased the truck 2 weeks ago and I’ve had it in my possession for less than a week due to the service issues I’ve had to deal with. On a positive note, this dealership did help with getting me a good deal and working with me for what my credit union approved me for. More

Delays in the shuttle pick up and release of car The service rep called me and told me the car was ready. So I called the transpo drive to pick us up and he said he is 5 mins out. It took him 45 mins to get to the pick up point apparently because he called the other driver to pick us but went out to lunch. Now at the releasing section, we waited for 25 mins after payment to get the car to out. This is the first time we experienced this at this place. Service before was prompt and always deliver more than what is expected. I hope the service would improve. More
