Horrible time consuming experience Came in on Tues the 16th to set up an appointment with a service tech for my wifes chevy cruze. The Car has been at a previous mechanic and i was made Came in on Tues the 16th to set up an appointment with a service tech for my wifes chevy cruze. The Car has been at a previous mechanic and i was made aware that the following was needing repair and that it might be in my best interest to get it fixed at a chevy dealership as it may be under warranty. I set up the appointment for the following day so my wife could just drop off the car with a confirmation number for the following repair. Repair Services: NEEDS NON RETURN VALVE AND INTAKE MANIFOLD REPLACED POSSIBLY. When she arrived the following day the service tech took a whole new service request claiming too much oil consumption and must find oil leaks. Received a phone call for a repair the following day costing $1000 for fixing leaks and air filters. They did not look at the Return valve intake manifold as originally instructed. I told them I would be down to pick up my car and to discuss my frustration. Once I was there the service center and mechanic brought the car around and I SHOWED THEM WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO CONFIRM IT WAS THE PROBLEM. After taking the car back into the garage they confirmed it was in- deed what I requested and apologized and said the dreadful words they would "take care of me" and if I could just leave the car, they would make it right. Received a phone call back the next day saying the cost was $1000 AGAIN and that warranty does not cover this, mind you how ironic its the same price as the last quote???? and this is a $280 part... I said dont touch my car I will be there to pick up We arrived to pick up the car on Monday the 22nd and stood outside for 1.5 hrs as they "lost" the key and were trying everything to find it. There must have been 5 people walking around with walkie talkies looking really really silly....I have never experienced a more unprofessional unorganized establishment in my life. When a customer has to tell the service provider what's wrong with the car, something is seriously wrong. time is money and you have wasted enough of my time. I will never recommend Dublin Chevy to anyone and I will never be a customer again. More

Improper time management This review is for this prarticular visit only. They took 3 hrs to replace brake pads. And they didn’t do the car wash as promised. They had lot of trouble applying special coupons as advertised on website/Ads. I was surprised seeing the staff themselves arguing about applying coupons. Regarding the service timing communication 1hr went to 3hrs and every time I check on they say 10mins and it took more than 2hrs to send me out resulting total service time close to 4.5hrs. I have been to this service center few times earlier but this was not the situation any time. More

Felt like I was being sold to I previously had my Infiniti serviced at Niello Infiniti in Concord. They did an incredible job and I always had a great experience (value, service, a I previously had my Infiniti serviced at Niello Infiniti in Concord. At Dublin Infiniti I was handed a estimate of nearly $1700 for a 105k service...no explanation, no walkthrough of each cost, no conversation on what was required versus optional. I did not feel I was being educated or informed through the process. I had to ask for removal of non-required items...then I had to ask for clarification on the costs once we got it below $1000. While being serviced the tech wanted to do more non-essential ("preventative") work which have been $800 more dollars. Then when I arrived to pay for the work the clerk started talking about all the other work they think will be done and those costs...felt like I was being sold to the entire time. I do not feel that this dealership has earned my trust in the same way that Niello Concerd Infiniti did so I will take my servicing needs elsewhere. I hope you find this feedback helpful and can use it to improve the customer experience. I don't mind paying for the work needed, but informing and educating the customer on what needs to be done and why is the first step to building trust. This opportunity was missed and if you want to improve your customer retention I recommend addressing it with your service staff. More
