Oil Change Service advisor was awesome and friendly My only comment is you need a true express lube service. Terrible experience. I had a 11 1m appmt. The place was packed. I was relegated to the back of the schedule. I guess because many of people had newer cars brought in for s I had a 11 1m appmt. I have been a customer of Infiniti since 1994 and same for Hiedrick. (Lexus) I bought two Infiniti"s but I will not purchase any autos anymore. If it was not for Micheal Troche I would still be waiting for the minor service I had scheduled. As it was I did not get my car serviced until 2 pm. Even though I Kept asking for status of service. Totally unacceptable!This was the first time I experienced such a delay. It won't happen again as I will take my cars elsewhere for service. I don't know the cause of this chaotic situation but nowhere did I see any management supervision attempting to resolve an apparent business problem. Again my Thanks to Michael Troche . for ultimately resolving my problem. . More

Dealership damaged my vehicle The vehicle I was purchasing had a dent in it. The guy who takes out the dents got the dent out but scratched up my window. The salesman who sold me the car tell me he would talk to the sales manager about fixing the scratches in the window. A month later I'm still trying to get my window fixed. They haven't even bothered to call me even though I have stopped by their dealership twice. I feel like they are avoiding me none of they made the sale. Now I'm stuck with a scratched up window that they actually did after I purchase the vehicle. No one has called me regarding this matter. Poor follow up customer service More
