He listened to what my must haves were and worked with me to get into a new truck. I was actually at the dealership because my transmission went out on my 2016 Silverado (118k miles) and i figured I’d see what my options were with a trade-in with purchasing a new truck. We found the right truck that worked for me and within a couple of hours, was able to finalize a purchase of my new Silverado. It’s a couple of days later and i am happy and content with my experience. I feel like Roy came across as a straight forward, honest guy, who actually gave a s*%t about people. My second lease horrible service from these guys I have leased a couple of cadillacs, and these guys do not provide premium care service at all. They barely rotate the tires, this time they didnt at all I have a nail in my tire right now, and I was told to just replace the tire, no quality service for a lesser, they dont care, especially if you are a female, and especially if you are black. Their behavior is repulsive frankly, there is no service here. I will not be a repeat cadillac customer from these latest experiences. More
