15000 mile service We arrived for our 12:00 service appointment and were greeted and processed by Hollie. Estimated wait time was 90 minutes. With a service, wash and va We arrived for our 12:00 service appointment and were greeted and processed by Hollie. Estimated wait time was 90 minutes. With a service, wash and vacuum we were out processing at 12:46! As always - Customer waiting area was clean and comfortable and warm chocolate chip cookies at the ready. We have moved since purchasing our 2016 Hybrid Highlander. There certainly other Toyota dealers closer, but we have chosen to stay with Doxon Toyota. More

I am a Doxon Toyota Mega Fan I used to be skeptical of dealership service, however Doxon Toyota has proven time and time again I needn't be. Thinking I could get a better deal els I used to be skeptical of dealership service, however Doxon Toyota has proven time and time again I needn't be. Thinking I could get a better deal elsewhere I took our Corolla to Greg's Japanese Auto in Covington only to walk away dissappointed with the level and quality of service. Someone has always taken the time to anser questions and explain detail if I had a question. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I must admit the warm cookies, along with the generous beverage options are always a nice treat when waiting for the service to be complete. We have since purchsed a Tacoma as well. We won't be taking either Toyota elsewhere. More
