I have never felt that your department was trying to "Sell" anything to me, just to make a buck. I really (really) appreciate this. Also - your service people aren't just friendly, they also all seem to have delightful senses of humor. I appreciate the atmosphere in the waiting area.. I enjoy sitting down in your quiet room with my IPad, a big cup of your coffee, and a really good chocolate-chip cookie!
