Went if for a recall to make the vehicle harder to steal, they tried to buy it from me and I turned down their low-ball offer. This dealership started out great, made and appointment and got my car checked in. After that the person I worked with did not update me at all. I would call and she wouldn’t call back and I would text and and got my car checked in. After that the person I worked with did not update me at all. I would call and she wouldn’t call back and I would text and I would still get no response. I called again and asked to speak with a manager directly. The front desk lady said okay and asked what it was concerning and who. I told her and she transferred me to the lady that had been originally helping me, very rude. Once I finally got a hold of a manager he told me something completely different than the original lady had been telling me. Mind you they had my car for over a month at this point. So yeah not happy with the service. The manager was very kind though. More
