Service rep Mario was very rude and inconsiderate. I understand, everyone is busy. He does not need to tell anyone I can’t help right now because I’m busy and have other things to do when they’re just I understand, everyone is busy. He does not need to tell anyone I can’t help right now because I’m busy and have other things to do when they’re just there to pick up the car. On top of that, I simply asked if they can check a problem that came up again and he said I would need to take it in another day since it wasn’t added on the notes. Also, they don’t consider the warranty unless you bring it up and question it. I’ve had the same issue come up again and again and they expect me to pay for repair again when they did the work themselves the last time. Be careful, they’re money hungry at this dealer. More

Got a call that there’s a recall on the transmission control system so made an appointment but when I came in, they said the recall was on the seat heater unit. They couldn’t explain why I was being mis control system so made an appointment but when I came in, they said the recall was on the seat heater unit.
