The guy who assisted me was very nice. But I was really disappointed when I was told I had a nail in my tire and wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. I declined the service and took my car to a tire shop for them to tell that it was a thumbtac and that my tire didn't need to be repaired. He also stated that if they looked at it they should of know that the tire was not damaged. More
