It's a super frustrating experience to just have my back window disintegrate for no apparent reason so they could be more cognizant and just be nicer. My car was getting worked on, I walked in to pick it up, and I asked Jose if the part for the recall had been placed. His response to me was it's done. When my car was ready, he was on the phone. He handed me my keys and my paperwork and off. I went when I got home. I realized that they had removed all of the electric electrical for my tow hitch. His response was I told you we had to order the part. That was not at all what I was told. I was told that they did it and that it was done. This is not the first bad experience I've had with our Hyundai of Downey. In May, I called to bring my car in for service asked if they had the part for the recall I was told they did have the part and would do it when I brought my car in for service. When I got there, they told me they did not have the part for the recall on the hitch and that they would order it. I did not hear back from them so I called in July because my car was leaking fluid and I also wanted to bring it in to get the hitch fixed. Well, it turns out nobody had ever ordered the part. Also, I had my car serviced in May and it is been continually telling me that it needs service and I was told that that would be fixed and it's still not fixed More

Terrible experience. My car was not thoroughly inspected or serviced. I received no call back when I followed up to make my complaint. Not worth your money it to come here at all. I’d give zero stars if I had the option.
