I took my Beetle to VW Deel in Coral Gables for an oil change and they informed me that my water pump was leaking and to replace it would cost upwards of $1,000. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Esserm change and they informed me that my water pump was leaking and to replace it would cost upwards of $1,000. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Esserman. I'm so glad I did! Rather than try to trick me into spending an extra $1,200, Esserman informed me I was qualified for VW's warranty on water pumps, meaning I saved all of that money. Furthermore, Esserman did a great job with the other maintenance of my car and did several repairs for me, including the water pump replacement, within 24 hours. Roberto in the service department was polite and extremely transparent with me, and I cannot recommend both him and this dealership enough. More
