I had my headlights serviced, having both replaced. After the service was completed, I had to return to the dealership to have them reinstall the right headlight as it was pointing at the ground. When After the service was completed, I had to return to the dealership to have them reinstall the right headlight as it was pointing at the ground. When i returned home after the second install i found they were misaligned and watched a youtube video and fixed it myself. It’s ridiculous that i had to return to the shop to have this fixed and that it still wasn’t fixed to spec the second time around. It’s also ridiculous that they didn’t use a calibration tool to aim the headlights. the reason i came to the dealership is to have it done right, and to spec, the first time.. and it disappoints me i wasn’t offered some sort of compensation for my time and gas - i don’t live close to the dealership and wasted my day off coming back and waiting two hours. Also during the installation my marker light was knocked loose and i now have to go in and fix that myself too. i mentioned it when i brought the car back in but it wasn’t fixed. This isn’t the first time i’ve had to return to this location to have repair worked fix. Not sure if they still have my confidence at this point. More
