From the moment I showed up until I picked up my vehicle and left everyone at Esserman International in Miami was nothing short of amazing!!! Bismark and the technician walked me through the results of the diagnostic they performed and recommended what they felt were the most important discrepancies to fix based on safety and protection of the vehicle. When it comes to price I think most VW owners know you're going to be paying a lot more than you'd like but at Esserman they try to work with you on the price to make sure you can get the best possible care for your vehicle. My vehicle was not going to be ready for pick up until the next day and Bismark even went out of his way to try and give me a ride home which I've never experienced at any dealership!!!
