Horrible salesman with a vary poor attitude.I have purchased 7 new cars over the years. Went into Esserman VW to purchase a car and was treated as if I was wasting their time. Four times Andres walked purchased 7 new cars over the years. Went into Esserman VW to purchase a car and was treated as if I was wasting their time. Four times Andres walked away to take phone calls to the point I just left VERY RUDE. Purchased my Touareg at another dealer in under 2 hours. I have leased three VWs from Esserman International over the past 4 years. My salesman, Horacio Terzaghi realizes that I know what I want, know almost as much about the cars as he does, and does not pressur the past 4 years. Their service hours are convenient with late appointments and Saturday hours. The work is done quickly and the car returned washed and vacuumed. I recently had a problem on the road with my 2011 GTI which was taken to another dealership who kept it for over 2 weeks and did not completely repair it. The problem reoccurred 2 days later and my service advisor, Bismark, and one of his mechanics correctly diagnosed the problem as a loose connection and repaired the vehicle in one hour. Then they washed it. I have owned cars for 36 years and have not had this kind of service since my best friend owned a new car dealership. More
