Took my 2012 VW Beetle for regular service. Joe Benitez was friendly and informative and extremely helpful. Took my husband with me just incase I needed his help...NO NEED for that. I took my car after getting an oil change, the light kept coming on. Otherwise there was absolutly nothing wrong with my car. After paying $418.00 for a 'hose change" (according to them) that was the reason coming on. Otherwise there was absolutly nothing wrong with my car. After paying $418.00 for a 'hose change" (according to them) that was the reason for the light....We were on our way to Disney for a family vacation in Orlando with our children. Half way up to Orlando, our road trip to Disney became a nightmare, our car started overheating and all the lights where blinking out of control. When we called the dealer 2 hours after leaving there, I was told by the manager on dutie there was nothing they could do, it was closing time and he was on his way home. My 5yr old and 8 yr old coudnlt understand why we now needed a tow truck if we just picked up our car from the dealer and said it was fixed. They also couldnt understant why their summer vacation trip was cancelled. Turns out they never replace the water/coolant in the engine (they drained to service the car) which is why the car began to overheat. I can not be any more disatisfied with the service, this experience was so awful.....I decided to drive into a FORD dealer in the middle of no where and buy a new AMERICAN made car. Never again will I buy a German car who service has to be done in the dealer when I can't even trust the dealer...to do it right! More
I have serviced my Volkswagen CC multiple times with Esserman International Volkswagen. Bismarck Guerrero has always been incredibly attentive and surpassed any customer service expectations I have had in the past. Something as dreadful as taking one's car in for service has been anything but [dreadful] thanks to Bismark (and his team's) attentiveness, efficiency and care. Bismarck has always addressed any concerns I have had about my CC and has been thorough in resolving them. My first experience servicing at Esserman International Volkswagen required a software upgrade on my CC -- that which took longer than originally anticipated. Regardless of not having a reservation on a loaner vehicle, Bismarck was able to set me up with a car and had me on my way while he took care of the upgrade. Another instance required a replacement part, which was ordered and replaced within a week's wait. Regardless of the reason I have gone in to service my car, Bismarck and the Esserman International Volkswagen team have always thoroughly inspected my CC and resolved any other problems that surfaced. Great team, exceptional service and always a pleasure! More

We took a Volkswagon Touareg to get services for the 20000 mile on June17th. When I arrived we were promptly attended to Bismarck who as always is very professional and courteous person and the represen 20000 mile on June17th. When I arrived we were promptly attended to Bismarck who as always is very professional and courteous person and the representative that always attends me when I get there he was very prompt and helpful. The service on the car was also very prompt and excellent. The only thing I can honestly say that I did not like was the way the car was washed after it had been serviced and It was left dirty inside and out. More
