I've been to the service station at this location three times. The first 2 visits were terrible. The first time, my adviser was Danny Toledo and then Joe. Danny was rude and biased. Joe didn't attempt to talk to me and sent someone else to help me. It was so bad that I decided to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to Gunther VW for service instead. But, I decided to give this location another try since it's less than 5 minutes from my house. This time, B. Guerrero was my adviser. He was wonderful. He was very friendly, professional, and smiled at me the entire time. he made me feel like a wanted and welcome customer. He shook my hand and told me to call him if I had any questions. The other 2 never offered me that courtesy. Because of him, I will only visit this location if he's there. I will not accept service from anyone else. Mr. Guerrero is the ONLY reason I rate the service something higher than "1". More

Peter was the person that attended me as I got there, informed me about the 40,000 miles service, how much it would cost, which I did on the spot, not needing an appointment as before, and, actually cost a bit less. He also explained me that I had bought a Certified Pre Owned, covered under warranty until July 2015 or 60,000 miles, which is great news. Well, I also learned from him that both, the oil change and the alignment, would have cost less at Esserman than it did with my mechanic... More
