The Indicator light on our Passat stopped working while I was on 8th st so I called Rayner at Esserman and asked if they will check it out for me (although I bought my Passat at another dealer in 2012) and I was on 8th st so I called Rayner at Esserman and asked if they will check it out for me (although I bought my Passat at another dealer in 2012) and our Tiquan from Rayner in 2013, he said it will not be a problem, we got there and Danny in the service department was very accommodating even though we did not have and appointment, upon checking he saw that it was the two lights that were not working and he changed it for me and even washed the exterior of car all within a reasonable time and, at no cost to me because the part was on warranty. Excellent customer service from Bismark Guerrero, he was very helpful and friendly. I would defenetly recommend anyone to go with him to do all your car services and repair. Had a few issues with the car we very helpful and friendly. I would defenetly recommend anyone to go with him to do all your car services and repair. Had a few issues with the car were he try to have them resolve, thanks to him Iam very happy with the result. Honestly just be careful with the mechanics, sometimes they can't solve a simple solution. I have worked on cars for year and know everything about them. I feel like they skip steps and don't complete there task as it should. They leave a mess in the engine bay with engine oil and coolant. I had a issue with one headlight that dint turn on, they looked in to it and couldn't find the solution and were blaming a module. I took the car back home and discover it was a simple little fuse -_- . Little things like this just makes me wonder about there mechanic. VW should have a independent person at all times to review and inspect every car. I am pretty sure there are unnecessary worked hours done and parts added to unsolved or simple solution warranty claims. It's not my money. More
