I have a 2010 passat with dsg. Around 26k miles I noticed that the car shifts rough and jerks when shifting. This behaviour progressed pretty fast, and by 28.5k miles I took my car for check up. Thanks to Joe Benitez, who took my concerns seriously, the service crew at esserman vw was able to diagnose the problem. Week later I had my car with the new clutch pack. Now rough shifting is completely gone and the car operates by design. All of the work and parts were covered by cpo warranty. More
