I was greeted immediately with a smile and a handshake. My Service Manager Mike Perez kept me up to date during my wait, on the progress of my vehicle, and exactly what was being done to it. He informed me of some items that would need to be serviced soon, but wasn't pushy about getting them done during that visit, as many service centers do. I was very pleased with that. And he was nice enough to enter this information on my final receipt, so I'll know what I may need to get done on my next visit. When I visited the car lot during my service wait, I was greeted by a female who asked if I needed help looking for anything. I explained that I was just looking at the new models while I was waiting on my car to be serviced. She smiled back and said that if I needed anything to just let her know and she would be more than happy to help, then walked away. Again, not pushy like salespersons are at other dealerships. I was very impressed and appreciated that. I will definitely recommend this dealership for servicing or purchasing. More

New Car Sales Experience I have to tell you that I am not a big fan of the new car purchase in general. I, however; if under my control, will never deal with anyone but your s I have to tell you that I am not a big fan of the new car purchase in general. I, however; if under my control, will never deal with anyone but your sales staff at Esserman VW. We came late last Friday and had Armando as a salesman. The interaction between my wife and I, Armando, Jorge, and Manny was exceptional. All stayed after hours to complete our deal and we left exceptional satisfied. Great lengths were taken to make us feel comfortable about the deal that went on till after 10:00 pm and the quality of care to have all our wishes satisfied was truly appreciated. Armando even made a special serving of Cuban coffee. I am in no way related or have any connections with VW or Esserman. I also am not in the habit of remembering names. The fact that I did remember the names and am giving a glowing synopsis of my encounter should be a testament to your chosen staff. Great job everyone...you should be commended. An added note: I have dealt with Joe Benitez in Service for the past three years for both my leased vehicles. He was definitely part of my decision with the purchase of the 2014 VW Jetta. Kudo to Esserman's HR Staff! More
