I had an issue with my brand new vw jetta with the car key remote control. and they fixed it and it works just fine, they did take a bit long cuz my problem was a little of it of an issue but i didn't mind for the wait. All i cared was that it was fixed. A+ oh and my sales person he is amazing, i recommend him for anyone who wants to buy a car, his name is Tulio Pulgar. Ask for him and he'll help you as much as he can. Oh and if you could do me a favor you can tell them you read he was amazing sales person from Miguel Angel Villavicencio. There is no place like it when I walk into the dealer the sales people already know me and there is no hard sale at all I feel at home, from good customer service,quality work,friendliness, price and the overall experience make me stay put, there is a saying ( If is not broken don't fixed it) if you know what I meant by that. I also told the service rep that the light did not work when I took it. What amazes me is that my VW has a light in the dashboard and a computer message saying that the light is not working? How they could deliver my car without seeing that? That gives you an idea of how much attention did they pay to my car? not very trustworthy. At least I told them and they repaired it ( paying of course and after 1 more hour wait) More
