$1000K fuel injector....Really! Noticed car appears to be missing , as if bad / fouled spark-plug. (no smoke) I drive directly to Esserman Stealer-ship (No smoke) I wait, they say “ I can’t tell what the problem is, but you have a problem with Cylinder-no-4 We need to do a Compression test & Leak test. 4-days later, They come back and say “Well, we see nothing, but you need a fuel injector: total $1,062 and you will be good to go. I pay $1,062, and wait for them to bring the car up, only find out that my car won’t start, turns out a Porter actually left my car Switched- on and the battery was drained dead, so it wont start. Finally they put some type of quick charge on the battery just to get me out the door as they hand me a $500 estimate for a head-job. With no explanation! So now they bring my car and behold it’s smoking , no too much but noticeably. Now I’m thinking to myself okay, maybe it’s just because it’s sat for the weekend not being started, and this dam smoke will go away after I drive it for a sec. So I push forward and take the car and drive off hoping the best. OMG, I see that this dam smoke is not going away, and to make matters worse my car is still driving as if I have a fouled plug! So I drive-on back into the Stealer-ship, and share my concerns with them. Only to be told that ”your car suddenly has too much oil, and you simply need to drive it to burn-off oil which may have leaked onto the pistons. which is causing the smoking” Mind you my last oil change was performed by Acura , and remember my car was not smoking before I came into to this stealer-ship. They agree to replace the oil in the car, then call me and say Sir we did the oil change and drove it for about 30miles it did not help. (Even though they left it 1qt. low, in an attempt to avoid smoking) Now after discussions with the Steallers, they tell me they will refund $500 if I agree to spend an additional $2500 to $3500 with them for a Valve Job. More

The first service advisor that I had the pleasure of meeting was christian Arnau he was the best they had very kind young man unfortunantely he doesnt work thrre any more. The last 2 times Ive taken my kia ive had to work with micheal mike perez and freddy Espinoza. These 2 are by far the WORST customer service providers i have ever been serviced by. I would recommend Alexei Gomez he is a sweetheart and brillant at his job. More
Lack of Customer Service I brought in my Kia, which I also purchased at this dealership, to be serviced. My car will randomly not start. When the ignition does not turn, I hav I brought in my Kia, which I also purchased at this dealership, to be serviced. My car will randomly not start. When the ignition does not turn, I have to shift out of park and then back into park to turn the car on. This dealership took my car for a drive and stated it worked just fine. That is great that it worked fine for you guys but I will probably continue to experience this issue. My check engine light also turned on around the same period when this issue began to occur. This dealership needs to install a new piece into the car to turn off the check engine light. I dropped off my car Friday at 2:30 specifically stating that I am leaving it for the weekend because I cannot be without a car during the week. No one contacted me Friday or Saturday. Finally Saturday at 5pm, I call to inquire about the car. The male receptionist was completely rude. I ask about the vehicle, he says service is closed. I tell him I need my car and if he can find out what is going on with it and before I finish my sentence he puts me on hold. Then he begins to call the tech who took my car and other dealerships. Really I am not sure who he called. He contacted about 3 different numbers. Finally someone answers the phone. I tell her the situation and she contacts the tech. He thought that I was leaving the car for the week. Makes no sense since what was done with the car probably took 10 mins. I am also informed that the piece they ordered will not be there until Tuesday and I have to bring the car back. I purchased my car in March. Maybe because I purchased a use car and this is why I received such horrible service? Who knows. I know I won't be recommending this dealership and unfortunately I have to go back to have this piece installed. Let's see how long that will take. More
