HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH IN INTERNATIONAL AND IN WESTON.Today was the third time I went to this place (for three different reasons) and they didn't resolve my issue. First time I waited for three hours with an appointment and they told me they didn't have the time to finish the service. Second time my right headlight was liking water, they told me is normal for VW to lick water under certain weather circumstances, of course I didn't believe such a lie, and went to another dealer (40 minutes driving) and they resolved . I purchased my GTI in August 2015, today (Feb 2016), six months later, my key battery is not working, I went to change it for warranty and they told me that I had to pay $10. I requested to talk to the manager and he couldn't care less. He put the battery without asking me, but I refused to take it. I'm not gonna pay not even one penny for something that should be warranty, but the worst of all is the attitude of everyone there. Pure excuses, and only excuses, no one takes responsibility and avoid helping you at all cost. More

Tranqu Service For my VW tiguan I recently take my Tiguan for tranny fluid service and they solved other problem I wasn't aware of! Running on a flat tire. I was urged to have a tire checked when the control panel showed that there may be a problem with one of my tires... I checked and nothing was visible I was urged to have a tire checked when the control panel showed that there may be a problem with one of my tires... I checked and nothing was visible and I knew that tire pressure sometimes changes due to the cold weather (specially in Miami) so I passed by Esserman and thought to check if they had a space for reviewing this... In just about 20 minutes they found a nail that was causing the problem fix it and put me back on the road in no time... Ciro, Chris and all the team at Esserman VW are superb people and excellent professionals... Nothing more to say... VW is more than a great brand; it is a team of professionals that go that extra mile to have you go your extra mile... I don't want to forget Armando Borel that is a fantastic guy...too.
