Ciro, my service advisor was spectacular and this review should, in now way, reflect poorly on him as he did an amazing job. This survey is a reflection on managements ability to ensure all dealer staff should, in now way, reflect poorly on him as he did an amazing job. This survey is a reflection on managements ability to ensure all dealer staff maintain basic health and safety protocols during a pandemic. This did NOT happen. Countless staff were walking around with their masks below their nose and in some cases below their mask. One gentleman is a different service advisor with a Miami Dolphins mask. He was the first one to approach me and when I asked him to cover his nose, he did. Every time he walked near me after that, he pulled is mask up to cover his nose, which means when not near me, he wasn't wearing his mask properly. Perhaps the most egregious was a young lady with long black straight hair. She was constantly walking around the service area with papers and her mask was always below her nose and sometimes, below her face. She would speak to co-workers with her not being properly worn. At one point, when she was walking toward the glass doors, she was speaking very loudly in a singing tone with her mouth exposed. This is how Covid gets spread. Another women with brown hair walked through once and you guessed it, she wasn't properly wearing her mask. All this is a sign that the management doesn't care so the staff doesn't either. Ciro, on the other hand, wore his mask properly the ENTIRE time. He is the only part of the visit worth 5 stars. More
