The maintenance service is always excellent, efficient and thorough. Since I dont know how dealerships are organized or how the auto sales staff works I may be off base with the next comment. However, I feel like I am treated like a first-time buyer every time I get a new car. Everyone is polite and I have no complaints about being treated poorly but there is no indication of loyalty recognition at the time of the sale or beyond. I am with my fourth or fifth service manager-all efficient and responsive-but never have I heard from anyone, "thank you for being a loyal customer." Almost every other business recognizes repeat customers; airlines, hotels, restaurants, retail stores etc. etc. but not auto dealerships. Why? More

Everything was going really great. My leased car had to go through precertification in order for me to buy it. I waited for a fair amount of time until the process was over. In spite of this being my third visit in two months to resolve a technical issue with the lighting up of my dashboard with warnings that all technological assistants were malfunctioning, this one for a th resolve a technical issue with the lighting up of my dashboard with warnings that all technological assistants were malfunctioning, this one for a third sensor to replace, it's still a great service experience at Esserman International VW even if Volkswagen North America should make a recall of the malfunctioning sensors, as my vehicle may be a 2017 Passat SE TSI with technology but it's only been driven 20,400 miles for all these expenses being on my dime. Warranty expired and incessant replacement costs are paid from personal resources. VW should make this nagging issue a recall to ensure others with the same trouble don't stop buying the brand on account of a trivial matter for the car maker. More
