Getting in and out for service was seamless with Julio.. However, I had the vehicle in for a coolant flush and the next day when my wife left for work, the coolant sensor went off. Julian Alvarez was great. The work was done quickly. His additional concerns were thoughtful and well presented (recommended at least 2 new tires which was the right call).
