I was very unhappy with the previous 110k service performed to my car that I perfectly mantain with Esserman since acquisition. 1) i was told they could fix a flat tire during 110k maintainance stat performed to my car that I perfectly mantain with Esserman since acquisition. 1) i was told they could fix a flat tire during 110k maintainance stating the hole was on the side, to find out later with another dealer it was in the middle. 2) i had to return after just a few month because car motor became loud as a result i was told the car was running low on oil and did this untimely maintenaince 3) at 110k the car was not washed 4) Since service agent did not find any obvious leaking leaving open the espucalation that the oil change was not performed or at least not right 5) after that I sadly get to hear that even with perfect recorded maintenance a passat with 120k may start heavily loosing oil and we possibly have to look into changing the engine with a newer one. Not at all something I expected from vw specially not as a driver of vw for over 30 years in germany and us. More

Staff was great. Yadiel was very straight forward with our options, he definitely met our needs then passed us on to Rayner who gave us a PHENOMENAL deal and in our price range. Nobody came to me to explain why was it taking so long. I had to walk to the service area and ask for my car and there was when they said it was ready. For me it seemed like they forgot about me waiting. Wonder what will happened if I dont ask... If they knew it will take so long they could advise me and arrange a taxi, or a loaner for that time frame. More
