My experience was not so good. I bought a used certified vw beetle that was supposed to be certified. To my regret I found out after I bought a car, that it has body damage under the passenger side. I feel like I was over charged for a used dented car, or better said with damage under the passenger side. I understood that a certified used car was not supposed to have any damage of this magnitud.
