Billy Allen was great to deal with. Can’t remember the guys name in finance but he was typical of all extended warranty guys. They all push the extended warranty way to hard. I do realize it is a big portion of how dealers make money, just like the dealer preferred options, which you have no choice in taking, even when it hasn’t been added to the vehicle before you decide to purchase. The individuals doing the cleaning and waxing before pick up is by far the worst I have ever seen. They left adhesive on the glass, white shipping plastic on the rear seats and waxed over extreme rail dust that was stuck to the paint. They put so much tire shine on the wheels that it was thrown off and onto the entire length of the truck, like grease. When I brought it back and left it they took care of it. I didn’t notice until this morning that they still didn’t remove the rail dust from the windshield. It’s not visible but it is rough to the touch. I will try to remove it with a razor blade scraper latter today, because it’s not good for the windshield wipers. Overall y’all did good some thing’s being typical with all dealerships, like the extended warranty and dealership add ons. I usually have move problems with the salesman, but Billy was good and my son will be dealing with him when the 2024 Traverse’s are ready. Whoever is in charge of detailing, both installers and person doing quality control before it leaves the truck bay needs to be replaced!!! More
