They were not prepared for original scheduled recall appt for steering wheel replacement. Had to reschedule. We live 40 minutes away. The steering wheel was replaced. The windshield was heavily damaged when we bought the truck. Donaldson agreed to fix it. It was supposed to be ordered and us notified when it was ready to be installed. However, after several attempts t truck. Donaldson agreed to fix it. It was supposed to be ordered and us notified when it was ready to be installed. However, after several attempts to get someone to update us we got nothing. I called several times only to be put off. We were told the windshield was ordered when in fact it had not been. Finally after about 3 1/2 months it got fixed. I understand that parts etc. haven't been readily available, but i feel that someone should have kept us informed instead of me having to repeatedly call. More
