After being very upset at GM for not having the part to repair my 2021 AT4, Janna at Donaldson came through. Once the part came in, Janna called to schedule my appointment and had a loaner truck there for repair my 2021 AT4, Janna at Donaldson came through. Once the part came in, Janna called to schedule my appointment and had a loaner truck there for me to use. Service is very important to me. She was honest about the time it would probably take to get this repaired since many other vehicles were also waiting on parts. They actually finished the repair early and all is good. Never thought I would be so happy to get back in my truck! More
