Although the pricing was competitive, I did not receive my Costco rebate. I informed them at the beginning that I was a Veteran, had USAA and Costco. The rebate was $1250.00 for Costco. I called the first part of January to set up an appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the appointment for my truck and was told it would be the end of January before they could get to it for a diagnostic. I then had my truck towed on the 24th of January thinking that it was going to have someone doing a diagnostic on it the next week. Next week came with no diagnostics. I think it was the first part of March before anyone ever really done a diagnostic for my truck. Was told that it would be finished on March the 19th and ready for pickup on the 20th, received a call on the 20th saying that it wasn't ready yet and The mechanic would have it completed on Friday evening, but wouldn't have time to test drive it until Monday evening. Finally on March the 24th I got my truck back. I missed 4 days of work waiting for my truck to get out of the shop. More
