I purchased a Buick Encore on 9/2/24 from Casey Trahan! Had talked to him before getting there and he had the perfect vehicle picked out by the time I arrived. Everything went smoothly. Anything that had to deal with financial went through another person. As we waited he has me sign all paperwork dealing with vehicle including paperwork on a referral bonus. My daughter Anna Coke was listed on that. He went over Labor Day incentive and asked which gift I wanted, which I responded Yethi Cooler. At that time Keenan from Financial came and got me. He took me back and ran through everything having me sign on computer. The only detailed information he gave me was to try and sell me extended warranty, which I did and who was financing vehicle. He told me everything would be on a flash drive, which he gave me. All took less than 5 minutes. From there went back to Casey who went to get my vehicle detailed and ready to hand over to me. Upon heading out I remembered the Yehti Cooler, which Casey ran back to get. He returned to inform me Keenan told him that he had already told me I was getting nothing because of all rebates/discounts he sold me the car for! At that point I was furious because never did that come out of that man's mouth. Don't lie about something never discussed. I would have taken it better if he had just said "due to how cheap you purchased car I can't offer gift." But don't lie! Also called yesterday because my daughter contacted me to say in past was contacted just afterwards to let her know she would be getting a referral bonus. He informed me nothing had been submitted. Now that seems odd everything else he got but that 1 piece of paper. I will not be using you or sending anyone your way due to Financial guy Keenan. Very unprofessional!! Not happy about being conned. More
