I have had my car in twice for three times for service. Jewel was my service person each time. We were well taken care of, even though I purchased my car used, from out of town, was impressed with the way Jewel was my service person each time. Donalson dealership required $1500 dealer add-on over MSRP. Part of the add-on was free oil changes but I bought a Bolt EUV which has no oil change. Despite that, the dealership still required that portion of the add-on.I was told tint is part of the dealer add-on but it was not installed on the car when I got there. I had asked about tint getting completed prior to my drive to the dealership b/c it is over 2 hours away each way to get to the dealership. However, tint install only began only a few hours after I got to the dealership and completed the sale paperwork. Then I had to wait longer since there were other cars the tinter was working on. Then a few hours later after installing tint on most of the vehicle, I was told they did not install tint on the rear trunk window claiming they needed 2 people to install on rear trunk window. The 2nd person, they have to request and schedule in at an unknown later date. They are requiring me to come back another 2+ hours each way to get the tint completed that should have already and to schedule a date further off. I also now have bubbling on part of the tint on one of the windows. They are also not proactive when trying to get a date scheduled. It has been difficult to find a proper time to get this taken care of since it is almost 5 hours of driving to and from plus however long the tint install takes. I asked about alternatives to help accommodate not having to drive back to the dealership to get this completed because they should have had this completed before but they have ignored me. Editing to note that Donalson responded and agreed to allow me to take to a local tint shop to get tint on the rear trunk installed and fix the driver window's tint and they will take care of it. I provided the invoice for that and did not get a response for some time. Since then the tint on the other 3 windows on the car have also began to bubble. I provided pictures of the tint issue to Donalson and now have been told they will not take care of fix the tint on all the windows in addition to having the back trunk tint finally installed. The tint job is only a little over a month and it was so poorly installed that all 4 windows the tint was installed on have bubbled and were not properly installed. More
