Customer service after the sale was like pulling teeth to get answers. Still have not received answers to questions that were asked. Salesman would read text and never answer back. I would put a question mar get answers. Still have not received answers to questions that were asked. Salesman would read text and never answer back. I would put a question mark in the text thread and then 3 days later i would get a response with an excuse of why it took 3 days to respond and only responded because i sent a question mark. Very unsatisfied with sales! Then was told about one thing not working on the truck. But was not told about other things not working and while i know it is a used truck i still feel like i should have been told about the things not working. But i contacted the salesman the next day not a week or two later the next day about getting the issues fixed and i have yet to get those answers on if they would or not! More

The oil life monitor was not reset on this visit. As per usual there was a reminder sticker on the windshield, but I depend on the panel.
