From the moment I called to inquire further into the vehicles, John May was extremely helpful. At NO point did he try to pressure me into buying. He was patient as I considered what I could afford, answered questions whenever I had them, and was very willing to help me get a vehicle at the price I desired. It actually took us 2 days to decide. While on the lot, the prices of some of the sedans were much more reasonable than the other we had just bought from another dealer. We picked the car up on Christmas Eve at 9pm and the general manager was kind enough to meet us so that we could have it for Christmas. They then brought our paperwork to our place almost 3 hours away so we would not have to drive back. Would definitely recommend the dealership for your purchase. More

Kelvin who prefers to go by Cal is by far the best salesman I have ever had the privalidge of interacting with. I own a restaurant so hospitality is a must in my book. This man goes well beyond any expectation I could have. If for no other reason than meeting one of the nicest people on the planet I recommend stopping at this dealership. They of course have their share of typical car dealership staff but this man stands well above the rest. He is so stellar that I would venture to guess he doesn't even understand his own impact due to his high level of humility. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this man. If you're interested in a Hyundai do yourself a favor and call Cal at Hyundai of Nicolasville in KY. World class salesman and a world class person. One of the few salesman to always be true to his word. I wish I could say something negative but any negativity was superseded by Cal's abilities and personality in general. Surprisingly Pleasant Car-Buying Experience My husband and I found a '15 Sonata hybrid that we liked on Glenn's website. I was concerned that the price on the website wouldn't be the price we we My husband and I found a '15 Sonata hybrid that we liked on Glenn's website. I was concerned that the price on the website wouldn't be the price we were told at the dealership, but it actually was. The salesman we spoke to and worked with was Alex, and he had the car we were looking at pulled up and ready by the time we made it to the lot. Alex was very friendly and easygoing; he gave us the specs on the vehicle and confirmed the final price, but didn't mention our own finances or anything like that. There wasn't any pressure... I was actually the one to suggest we start making negotiations. Alex handed things over to the general manager (Scott) at that point so that there was no middle man. The process was very straight-up and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Scott even price-matched the car to that of a competitor. In all, this place really breaks the mold in terms of car lot stereotypes. There was no smarmy, pushy salesman, there was no drawn-out price negotiation loaded with fake prices, and at no point did I feel cornered. Alex was accommodating from the get-go, and Scott got right down to brass tacks when it came time to talk money rather than wasting my time. Oh, and the car is awesome! P.S.
