It was late when we got there because we live about 2hrs away, but he didn't mind that it was after hours by the time we got every thing completed. Good Deal in Nicholasville (KY) It's been a while since I shopped for a car alone. You often hear that Women should take a man with them when shopping for a car. My car shopping ex It's been a while since I shopped for a car alone. You often hear that Women should take a man with them when shopping for a car. My car shopping experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Mike Whitaker, the Salesman was very patient. He took the time to make sure that I got the features I wanted in a car. He answered all my questions. Allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted. I did buy a car. When it was time to drive off with my new car it was raining so Mike pulled both cars, trade-in and new car under shelter so I could transfer my contents to my new car, which he helped me do. I can't say enough about Mike and the customer service he provided. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends when they're in the market to buy a car. More

Hardly any wait time, very friendly service department, very helpful and knowledgeable. The same is true of the Lexington Hyundai Service Center but I chose the new Nicholasville location at the time it w very helpful and knowledgeable. The same is true of the Lexington Hyundai Service Center but I chose the new Nicholasville location at the time it was closer to me but then i moved to Lexington and it still is closer to me but if i could not go to Nicholasville for Service, I would go to the Lexington Service Center. I had gone to the Nicholasville Service Center for a tire pressure issue and they put air in the tires and i was on my way. Two days later the tire pressure light was on again and they fixed it due to a screw in the tire. I also had a noise in the back end and they determined i had a leaking shock. They were going to replace both so it would be the same wear and tear since I only had 25,000 miles on the car. When the shocks came in i took the car back and they found the part number in the parts book for this model was not correct. So i had to go back while they tried to find out what was going on and get the right parts. They got the right parts in and i went in today and got the work done. The ticket was left open because i owed for the tire repair but today they said since it was an inconvenience to me to have to come back because of the wrong parts, etc. they did not charge me for the tire repair. So the shocks were under warranty and the tire repair was taken off so i owed nothing. That was really nice of them to do that. The car so far is not making the popping noise anymore and i think it is going to be fine. They are just nice helpful friendly people in service. I don't know anything about the sales staff since i bought the car in Lexington. More
