Exceptional Car Buying Experience Prior to purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Sonata, I visited Hyundai of Nicholasville's website to search the available inventory and prices. After finding Prior to purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Sonata, I visited Hyundai of Nicholasville's website to search the available inventory and prices. After finding the vehicle for my needs on the website, I chatted live with the dealership online to verify that the vehicle was still available and the individual with the dealership indicated a salesman would contact me via email (per my direction). Within an hour, I received an email from Mike Bell stating the vehicle was available and he would like to meet me at my convenience. That afternoon I met with Mike to test drive and obtain specifics about the vehicle. While meeting with Mike, he was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and not aggressive in his sales approach. Due to this experience with Mike, within a span of 2 hours we were able to agree upon a sales price and I was able to drive off the lot with my new Sonata and peace of mind. I greatly appreciated Mike's sales approach as it was by far the best car buying experience I've had to date. More
