I don’t recall ever speaking to you. I do recall sending multiple emails and leaving multiple messages with the receptionist over a week timeframe asking for someone to help me with my expired temp tags and not getting any responses. And miraculously, within 30 minutes of submitting the review, i received no less than five phone calls asking me why I submitted the review. I do recall being lied to and being told that my plates had been requested and the delay was because of a back log with the state, only to find out later from the DMV that my plates were never requested until the day after I submitted the initial review.
